Sync Microsoft 365 contacts to every company phone, automatically
GALYNSKI distributes contacts from the GAL, groups, mailboxes and SharePoint lists into every employee’s Outlook contacts. No extra app, no MDM.
Free sign-up, 14-day trial.

No extra app, no MDM: caller ID on iPhone and Android
Whether it's a colleague, vendor or customer calling, their name shows up on the call, with company and job title in the contact. Nobody has to save numbers manually anymore.

Distribute contacts from the GAL, groups, mailboxes, SharePoint lists and external contacts on purpose
Not every team needs every contact. For each source you decide who receives it. Five examples:
Standard distribution
The entire Microsoft 365 directory becomes a contact folder for every employee. Classic setup, no special logic.
More about this solutionOne-way visibility
Customer service sees all sales reps in their directory. Sales does not receive the customer service list in return.
More about this solutionContacts from a shared mailbox
The contact folder of the shared mailbox ‘Suppliers’ goes to the service team. Maintained in one place, distributed automatically.
More about this solutionCustomer list from SharePoint
A SharePoint list of customer contacts becomes the sales team’s address book. You decide once which column fills which contact field.
More about this solutionPartners and suppliers for everyone
The contacts your IT maintains in Exchange Online for the whole company reach every phone. No second list.
More about this solutionUp to 10 sources with 3 recipient groups each. Automatic deduplication by email address included.
More on the phone, less upkeep
All in the nightly run, no extra app on the phone.

Multiple address books
Colleagues, vendors and customers in separate folders, each only for the teams that need it.

Colleagues’ photos
The profile photo from Microsoft 365 comes along with the contact, so you can see who is calling. You can switch it off in the settings; the guide explains where it shows on the phone.

Company, office and address
Company, office and business address are on the contact, just as they are maintained in Microsoft 365.

External contacts
Partners and suppliers that your IT maintains centrally in Exchange Online reach every phone.

Guests only if you want
Guests from other companies only reach the phones if you set it so. Disabled accounts stay out.

Enterprise sync without device management
GALYNSKI uses Microsoft 365 and Exchange the way IT needs it: centrally controlled, traceable, and with safeguards against dangerous bulk changes.
Scheduled at night, unobtrusive by day
Scheduled runs start at night between 2 and 5 a.m. local time. Nobody notices a thing; the contacts are simply there.
Clean contacts, not address-book clutter
Rooms, resources, system accounts and no-reply addresses stay out. Only real contacts reach the phone.
Audit history for IT
Every sign-in, every run, every change to sources stays traceable. Kept for 365 days, 90 days in the dashboard.
Protection against dangerous bulk changes
An unusual number of deletions in one run? GALYNSKI pauses the affected address book before a single contact is changed, and reports why.
Ready for large organizations
From ten to a thousand mailboxes: large distributions run in stages, always within Microsoft 365 limits.
Up to 5 admins included
Up to five people manage sources, runs and status together. Invite by link, no extra license.
Status, history, configuration
Recent runs, sources, license usage, and the audit trail of the last 90 days. All in one view.

The global address list stays on the server: it shows up in a search, but not in the address book and not in caller ID. GALYNSKI creates the company contacts as a contact folder in the mailbox; with “Save Contacts” in the Outlook app they reach the contacts app.
Yes. Outlook on the desktop and the Outlook app show the folder directly. The contacts reach the contacts app and caller ID through the Outlook app: on Android with “Sync Contacts”, including colleagues’ photos; on iPhone with “Save Contacts” into “All Contacts”, without photos.
For each source you choose which groups receive the contacts, so teams get only the contacts relevant to them.
Yes. Besides the global address list and Microsoft 365 groups, the contact folder of a shared mailbox or a SharePoint list can also be a source. A Global Administrator grants read access to SharePoint when connecting Microsoft 365; GALYNSKI only reads the lists you pick. External contacts that you maintain in Exchange Online for the whole organization are added as a separate source.
Guests only if you include them (under “Exceptions”). GALYNSKI does not distribute disabled accounts.
Name, email address, phone numbers, job title and department, plus company, office and business address. For colleagues the profile photo comes along; you can switch it off in Settings.
Hosted in the EU, transfers encrypted, access logged. The data processing agreement and the technical and organizational measures are public at galynski.com/sicherheit.
Yes, for 14 days. Signing up needs no payment details. When you book a plan, you add a card or SEPA direct debit; nothing is charged until the 14 days are over.
Yes. Self-service customers pay by credit card or SEPA direct debit. Larger organizations can submit an invoice request at checkout instead — we then prepare a custom offer with classic, contract-based invoicing.
Yes. GALYNSKI works entirely through Microsoft 365: it installs nothing on the devices, with no device profiles and no mobile device management. The phone only needs the Outlook app, where each employee switches on “Sync Contacts” (Android) or “Save Contacts” (iPhone) once.
The first run starts automatically after setup. The duration depends on the number of recipients, the size of your sources and Microsoft 365 throughput limits: small teams finish within minutes, for large organizations it runs in batches over several hours. You can follow the current progress and the next scheduled run in the dashboard at any time.
When your subscription or contract term ends, the contacts are no longer updated. They stay on the devices for another 14 days; after that GALYNSKI automatically removes the contact folders it created from all mailboxes. 30 days after the contract ends we delete your GALYNSKI account with all settings and logs; both dates are announced by email beforehand. If you renew before then, everything stays as it is. GALYNSKI needs continued access to Microsoft 365 for this, so only remove the GALYNSKI app from Microsoft Entra after our confirmation email. If the permission is revoked earlier, the folders stay in place; please contact support in that case. When you delete your account, the dialog instead offers to re-authorize access once and clean the mailboxes beforehand. The personal contacts of your employees are unaffected either way.
